behaviourally competency assess the candidates on the medium list (typically 6 – 8 candidates who have passed the initial assessment stage based around the criteria of the role.

compile a detailed report on each of the shortlisted candidates (typically 3-5 candidates) outlining the evidence we gained in relation to the behavioural competencies you require in addition to a detailed overview of the candidates technical capabilities, salary and benefits and information and strengths & areas for development.

As part of our service we will maintain open communication with you throughout the search process, keeping you informed of our progress on a weekly basis.

Typical timelines to deliver a fully competency qualified shortlist of 3 – 5 candidates is 5 weeks from sign off of the search.

We also offer a 6-month candidate guarantee for all mid to senior retained assignments and 9 months for executive level positions.
